For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, the data controller responsible for your personal information is 55mw, reachable via the contact details set out in Section 13 of this Policy. As data controller, 55mw determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform.

Where 55mw engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf, such providers act as data processors and are bound by contractual obligations to process data only in accordance with 55mw's instructions and applicable data protection law.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register an account or interact with the Platform, 55mw collects the following categories of personal information:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and government-issued ID numbers (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID, Driver's License, Voter's ID)
• Contact Data: Email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address (including barangay, city or municipality, province)
• Financial Data: GCash account number, PayMaya account number, bank account details (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), transaction history, deposit amounts, and withdrawal records
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, communication opt-in status, and responsible gaming settings
• Verification Data: Photographs or scanned copies of government-issued identification documents submitted during KYC verification

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, 55mw automatically collects certain technical and usage information:

• Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and device identifiers
• Usage Data: Pages visited, games played, session duration, bet history, click-stream data, search queries within the Platform, and feature interaction logs

• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA), tax obligations, and other applicable Philippine laws
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, informed, and freely given consent, which you may withdraw at any time

• KYC verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship

Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and when retention is no longer required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

The 55mw Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older. 55mw does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will promptly delete that data and close the associated account. Parents or guardians who believe their minor child has registered on the Platform are urged to contact 55mw support immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

55mw may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
