As part of its compliance obligations, 55mw may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus awards. Acceptable identification documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID.

55mw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱).
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.00. 55mw does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. 55mw is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 55mw's customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
